  • Streamline & Automate Business Process

Integrate your front and back office applications for streamlining and automating business processes that ensure your Microsoft Dynamics GP data is accurate, timely, and functional.

  • eConnect

eConnect is a Microsoft programmatic interface layer that facilitates the exchange of data by performing business validations and ensures data integrity. It is implemented as a set of database stored procedures installed on the Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains database server. eConnect is required to be installed before connecting to DBSync Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) connector.

All versions of Microsoft Dynamics GP starting from 9.x to 18 are supported by DBSync.

The eConnect libraries must be installed (eConnect Documentation) however the full eConnect Runtime module does not need to be installed.

DBSync is available for 14-day free trial after completing the registration process.

DBSync Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) connector can be either configured on the same instance Great Plains is installed or on a remote machine which can access Great Plains database.

The eConnect interfaces do not support every object and interaction available within Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains). If your integration scenario requires working with objects from other modules or more sophisticated queries, you will need to use our Database Connector for Microsoft SQL Server to connect to backend database tables directly. While this is an option, it is recommended to avoid accessing Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) database directly to maintain data integrity and business rule executions.
